Arrest

* John C. Barger, 68, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of South Hope Street.

* A theft was reported in the 2300 block of Garrett Lane.

Miscellaneous

* A disturbnce was reported on West Washington Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of South Farmington Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Maryland Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Dallas Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* A court order violation was reported in the 1200 block of Oak Street.
