The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Duanne S. Emmons, 43, 5663 Highway 72, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and failure to signal.

* Melissa Robinson, 27, 914 Old Cape Road, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, speeding and operating a motor vehicle while license revoked.

Theft

* Theft was reported in the 500 block of North Hope Street.

* Theft was reported in the 900 block of Shady Lane.

* Theft was reported in the 800 block of Highland Drive.

* Theft was reported in the 2700 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Theft was reported in the 3600 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard and Donna Drive.

Summonses

* Ashley M. Bauer, 20, of Jackson received a summons for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended and for speeding.

* Jennifer A. Williams, 17, of Mount Vernon, Ill., was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

* Harassment was reported in the 400 block of Morgan Street.

* Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Edgewood Road.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 1900 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

FIRE

Firefighters responded to the following calls Thursday:

* An emergency medical assist on North High Street.

* An emergency medical assist on West Adams Street.

* An emergency medical assist on Cherokee Street.

Firefighters responded to the following calls Friday:

* An emergency medical assist on South Missouri Street.

* An emergency medical assist on Briarwood Street.

* An emergency medical assist on Mansfield Place.
