The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Phillip Galster, 32, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, speeding and failure to provide proof of insurance.
• Zachary O'Bryan, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
• Jayson Gamage, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear on a charge of resisting arrest.
• Matthew Brooks, 43, of Fairdealing, Missouri, was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while suspended.
• Katie Masters, 23, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

• Harassment was reported in the 3800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the area of North Georgia Street and East Washington Street.
• Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Strawberry Lane.
• Fraud was reported in the 5300 block of Lexington Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Tracy Street.
• Domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Elwanda Drive.
• Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of Brandom Street.
• Peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
