Arrests
- William E. Pinkerton Jr., 48, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of attempt to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while operator's license suspended, speeding and failure to maintain insurance.
Summonses
- Heather J. Bell, 46, of Glenallen, Missouri, was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.
- Louis A. Lawrence, 37, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

- Theft was reported in the 2900 block of South Old Orchard Road.
Assaults
- Assault was reported in the 300 block of North West Lane.
Property damage
