The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Lori B. Wolfe, 18, of 1835 Lawanda, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of stealing.

Ashley B. Figliolo, 19, of 923 Frederick, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Joe E. Kindle, 45, of 233 N. Ellis, Apt. 6, was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

Michael P. Taylor, 18, of 5050 Highway 72, Jackson, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

A 29-year-old female was placed in protective custody Friday.

A subject was placed in custody Friday pending the filing of formal charges for assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and littering.

Summons Carley W. Capps, 29, of 815 Benton, received a summons Thursday on suspicion of a leash law violation.

Assaults Jeffery A. Taylor, 23, of 136 Penny Road, Murphysboro, Ill., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of domestic assault.

Donald Lee Yeager, 36, of 7 N. Benton, was arrested Friday on suspicion of rape and sexual assault.

Thefts Miscellaneous stolen items and property damage were reported Thursday at 1710 N. Sprigg.

A bicycle was reported stolen Thursday at 205 Caruthers.

A bicycle was reported stolen Friday at 1900 Thilenius.

A stereo was reported stolen Thursday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

A stereo and sunglasses were reported stolen Thursday to the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.

Miscellaneous

An incident of child abuse was reported Thursday.

Four incidents of forgery were reported Friday at Wal-Mart at 3439 William.

A blue 1976 Ford Maverick was reported abandoned Friday at 410 Kiwanis.
