DWI David B. Branum, 45, of 1706 Brookwood was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Stephen D. Barnett, 21, of Portageville, Mo., and Christopher S. Bailey, 24, of Lilbourn, Mo., were arrested together Friday on suspicion of property damage and tampering.

Rebecca A. Searals, 20, of 2225 Sherwood was arrested Thursday on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Michael J. Bragg, 33, of 708 S. Benton was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.

A 27-year-old female was placed in protective custody Thursday.

Michelle D. Pruitt, 29, of 153 Farrow Lane was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines.

A subject was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for domestic assault.

Rodney J. Rush, 35, of 59 N. Park was arrested Thursday on a Scott County warrant for non-support.

Jimmy J. Park, 22, of 1905 Bloomfield was arrested Friday on suspicion of resisting arrest by fleeing.

A 23-year-old male was placed in protective custody Friday.

Summonses A summons was issued Friday to Timothy K. Babers, 21, of 467 Parkwood, East Lot 119, and Cory A. Berry, 23, of 1015 S. Ranney, on suspicion of peace disturbance.

A summons was issued Friday to Joseph C. Mosley, 29, of Chaffee, Mo., for indecent exposure.

A summons was issued Friday to David J. Donley, of 125 S. Broadview for failure to pay a sewer charge.

A summons was issued Friday to Lakeshia M. Foulks, of 915 S. Ranney, Apt. 3, for failure to pay a sewer charge.

A summons was issued Friday to Christopher Slinkard, of 1113 N. Fountain, for failure to pay a sewer charge.

Thefts A license plate was reported stolen Thursday at 344 S. Ellis.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Thursday at 1260 Linden.

Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday at Bi-State at 400 Morgan Oak.

A television cable box and remote control were reported stolen Friday at 535 N. Sprigg.

A purse and contents were reported stolen Friday at 3815 Hopper Road.

Cash, a stereo and a video game controller were reported stolen Thursday at 2828 Themis.

Miscellaneous A 15-year-old female was recovered as a runaway Thursday.

Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported Friday at the 900 block of North Frederick.

A black 1979 Pontiac and a blue 1981 Buick Regal were reported abandoned Friday at 1146 S. Kingshighway.

A gray 1985 Ford LTD was reported abandoned Friday at 507 Cape Meadows.

A gray Oldsmobile Cutlass was reported abandoned Friday at 256 S. Benton.

DWI Thomas C. Campbell, 44, of 806 N. Farmington Road was issued a summons Tuesday at East Jackson Boulevard and Old Orchard Road for driving while intoxicated.

Arrest James Sally, 25, of 1405 S. Farmington, No. 8, was arrested Sept. 7 on a Perry County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summons Dale L. Koehler, 34, of Millersville, Mo., was issued a summons Wednesday for shoplifting.

Assault An assault was reported Monday on West Independence St.

A third-degree domestic assault was reported Wednesday on Carolyn Drive.
