Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Natasha L. Thomas, 612 Sycamore St., Apt. 3, was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated and suspicion of false declaration.
• Clarion Fraction, 20, 29 S. Sprigg St. Apt. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant.

Assault

• An assault was reported and a woman, 21, was taken into protective custody.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of fuel.
• Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported two thefts of fuel.

Property damage

• A broken window was reported at 116 N. Spring St.

Miscellaneous

• A 28-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 41-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
