Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- A subject is in custody on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
- Kevin S. Gordon, 42, 411 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a New Madrid County warrant for probation violation.
- James A. Wilkerson, 40, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
- Levi R. Elledge, 30, of Jackson was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- Carey L. Rhymer, 32, of Anna, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for steady signal.
- Clifford R. Williams Jr., 21, of Jefferson City, Mo., was arrested on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
Thefts
- A computer, TV, iPod, PlayStation, radio, checkbook and movies were reported stolen at 333 N. Frederick St.
- A Nintendo and games were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.
- Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft.
- Ferrell Gas, 2112 William St., reported a theft of a high-pressure tube and valves.
Property damage
- Miscellaneous damage was reported at 2537 Abbey Road.
- A window on vehicle was damaged at 907 S. Ellis St.
Miscellaneous
- A peace disturbance was reported at 1861 N. Main St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
Theft
- A theft was reported in the 100 block of East Jefferson Street.
Property damage
- Property damage was reported in the 100 block of Court Street.
Disturbances
- A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of Greensferry Road.
- A disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.
- A disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
