The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI Gilbert Clements, 38, of 622 S. Park was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated.

Joseph Stoneham, 21, of Dallas, Texas, was arrested Saturday for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests Giles Tripplett, 46, of 630 S. Henderson was arrested Friday on a warrant.

Bobby R. Johnson, 31, of St. Louis was arrested Friday on two warrants for traffic violations.

Thomas J. Henderson, 21, of 223 S. Ellis was arrested Friday for refusing to disperse.

Melvin H. Johnson, 35, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested Friday on a warrant.

Michael Blattel, 22, of 545 S. Spring, Apt. C was arrested Saturday on a warrant.

Property Damage

A clay pot and a lawn was reported damaged Saturday at 2352 Belleridge.

Theft

JCPenney reported a theft Saturday of a shirt and a pair of pants worth $44.98 and another pair of jeans worth $24.99.

A burglary was reported Saturday at 909 Jefferson. A Sega Dreamcast and other electronic equipment were reported stolen.

Assault

An assault was reported Friday at Sheridan and Bloomfield.

An assault was reported Friday at the 2800 block of Themis.

An assault was reported Friday at 447 N. Main, Apt. B.

An assault was reported Saturday at 1126 N. Sprigg.

Miscellaneous

A curfew violation was reported Saturday at the 400 block of Hanover.

A bicycle was found Saturday at Morgan Oak and Pacific.

A wallet was found Saturday at the 400 block of N. Fountain.
