Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for forgery.
• John Mitchell, 195 Windsor St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court, driving while suspended and assault.
• Rae Ann Kirkpatrick, 119 S. Farmington St., Apt. 3, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Matthew Crail, 23, 3011 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for property damage.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for resisting arrest, driving while suspended and no insurance.

Thefts

• Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a robbery.
• Huddle House, 511 N. Kings­highway, reported a stealing incident.

Miscellaneous

• A construction cone was found at 210 Pearl St.
• A forgery was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Theft

• A theft was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 900 block of West Adams Street.
