Theft

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Theft

  • Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported failure to return a computer and monitor.

Arrests

  • Kenneth T. Campbell, 21, 2535 Ranchito Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fine for possession of controlled substance, failure to pay fine for revoked license, and on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fine for resisting arrest.
  • Dustin A. Heck, 23, of Zanesville, Ohio, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no proof of insurance, suspended operator's license and improper registration.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for property damage.

Property damage

  • Erlbacher Gear and Machine, 425 Good Hope St., reported a building spray painted.
  • A building was reported spray painted at 530 Good Hope St.
  • A building was reported spray painted at 130 S. Frederick St.
  • A building was reported spray painted at 612 Morgan Oak St.
  • A building was reported spray painted at 410 William St.
  • A building was reported spray painted at the floodwall.

Miscellaneous

  • Trafficking was reported.
