The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Caleb Thomas Freeman, 19, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Kenneth Lee Shoemaker, 38, of Burfordville was arrested on a probation violation and a probation parole warrant.

* Roxanne Shante Fitzgerald, 22, 1202 S. Ranney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for false declaration.

* Chrissy L. Hitt, 25, 135 S. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of forgery.

* Sandra J. McCoy, 44, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.

* Rebecca Jean Anne Holloway, no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting.

* Shemiah L. Carter, 28, 1112 Harmony St., was arrested on a federal warrant for distribution of cocaine and on a separate federal warrant for possession of marijuana.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of failure to return to confinement.

Summonses

* Dewan Rene Newsom, 32, 317 Mill St., received a summons for failure to maintain property free of litter and trash.

* Charles M. Garmon, 20, 1018 S. Pacific St., received a summons for prohibited acts (noise).

* Sidney Lynn Harris, 19, of Jackson received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Katelyn J. Stovall, 21, 1301 Perry Ave., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Thefts

* Money and a ring were reported stolen at 1217 N. Kingshighway.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Hucks Auto Sales, 1803 N. Kingshighway, reported car parts, including tires, stolen.

* Fountainbleau Lodge, 2001 N. Kingshighway, reported medication stolen.

* A gun was reported stolen at 431 Broadway.

* Cigarettes were reported stolen at 431 Broadway.

* Electronics were reported stolen at 233 N. Ellis St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 1221 Brenda Kay Court.

Property damage

* Life Care Center, 2852 Independence St., reported a window pane damaged.

Miscellaneous

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* Sexual misconduct was reported.
