The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items Friday. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
A warrant arrest was reported.
James Guy Lumos II, 26, of 406 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Two 12-year-olds were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing candy bars from Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St.
James L. Johnson, 33, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
Heather Marie Horton, 25, of 1201 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a child restraint violation.
Four suspects were in custody pending the filing of formal charges for receiving four stolen air conditioners.
Demarcus J. Lee, 26, of 2824 Themis, Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant.
Alfonzia Swift, 18, of 2824 Themis Apt. 4, was arrested on a Missouri warrant for parole violation.
A 15-year-old was cited into juvenile court for two fireworks violations.
Summons
Trae C. Bell, 21, of 1725 David St., was issued summonses for a leash-law violation, a limit of animals on property violation and failure to provide adequate care to an animal.
Thefts
Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a bottle of alcohol stolen.
A cell phone was reported stolen at 1302 Kenwood Drive.
A purse was reported stolen at 1137 Oak Ridge Court.
Household items and clothing were reported stolen at 1918 College St.
Burgalries
A burglary was reported at 1108 N. Spanish St. Jewelry and cash were reported stolen and damage to a door and lock was reported in the incident.
Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported damage to door glass in a burglary.
Property damage
An electrical box was reported damaged at Capaha Park. A plastic tarp was reported stolen in the incident. Window screens were reported damaged in a separate incident at Capaha Park.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 3914 Annwood Drive.
House siding was reported damaged at 2257 Lisa Drive.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 207 Mason St.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 1408 N. Main St.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 756 Perry Ave.
A vehicle was reported damaged on Water Street. A CD player/radio was reported stolen in the incident.
A vehicle was reported damaged at 2502 William St.
Assault
A third-degree assault was reported at 1304 Broadway, Apt. 2. A wallet, cash, a cell phone, jewelry and a guitar were reported stolen in the incident.
Miscellaneous
U Quick Stop, 1700 Broadway, reported a forgery.
Food Giant, 1120 N. Kingshighway, reported a forgery and conterfeiting.
A false declaration was reported.
An ex parte violation was reported.
