Assaults

• Third-degree assault, delivery of a controlled substance, delivery or possession of a controlled substance at a county/private jail/correc-tional center, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were reported on Cousin Street.
• Second-degree domestic assault, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree kidnapping and resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony were reported on South Frederick Street.

Thefts

• Theft was reported on North Main Street.
• Theft was reported.
• Stealing and unlawful possession of a firearm was reported on Scott Street.
• Theft was reported on Beaudean Lane.

Miscellaneous

• Weapon violation was reported on Beavercreek Drive.
• Knowingly failing to equip motor vehicle/motor-drawn vehicle with two approved red tail lamps on proper level and driving while revoked/sus-pended were reported on North Kingshighway.
• Second-degree property damage was reported on Perryville Road.
• Property damage was reported on Lacey Street.
• First-degree trespassing was reported on William Street.
• Failure to signal/gave improper signal when stopping/turning left or right, resisting/interfering with arrest, detention or stop, failure to stop at stop sign and failure to display plates/affix tab on motor vehicle/trailer were reported on Good Hope Street.
• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were reported on Broadway.
