  • Mark A. Brand, 19, 1543 N. Spanish St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for fireworks safety and possession of controlled substance and a parole violation warrant.
  • Dejuan I. McClung, 21, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, unit 27, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for speeding and seat-belt violation.
  • Tristen D. Lipps, 21, 523 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on suspicion of hindering prosecution.
  • Roland D. Davis, 36, 318 Mill St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of attempted escape from confinement and property damage.
  • Rickey O. Gamble, 21, of Ullin, Ill., was arrested on a Pulaski County warrant for escaping from police.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court as a runaway.

  • Mayakka K. Rowe, 22, 109 S. Park Ave., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.
  • Larry D. McLain, 56, 1915 Grandview Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash.

Thefts

  • A phone, black leather cell phone case and charger were reported stolen at 1608 Clark Ave.
  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Cape Girardeau reported a burglary at Arena Park.
  • A camcorder and diamond ring were reported stolen at 532 Landis Drive.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 429 N. Frederick St.
  • A theft of tickets was reported in the 1300 block of North Mount Auburn Road.
