The following items were released Wednesday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Dustin D. Wildhaber, 22, 502 N. Hope St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of failure to return to confinement.

* Iris Marie Nanney, 20, Route 2, Box 2786, Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for fraud and on a Perry County warrant for passing bad checks.

* A juvenile was taken into custody on a Mississippi County warrant for probation violation.

* James E. Jones, 19, 121 E. Rodney Vista Blvd., Apt. C2, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a disorderly house and issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Summonses

* Summons for being minors in possession of intoxicants were issued to: Rachel R. Pickett, 18, 2117 Sherwood Drive; Brandon M. Sitzes, 17, 315 E. Washington St., Jackson; Danielle N. Bjelich, 17, 2620 Kenneth Drive; Mark S. Strickert, 18, 1720 N. Farmington, Jackson; and Matthew L. Seabaugh, 19, 1122 Trail Ridge Drive, Jackson.

Theft

* A Rockford Fosgate amplifier and an Alpine CD player were reported stolen and the back rest on the back seat of a car was reported damaged at 628 Olive St.

* A flatbed trailer was reported stolen at 1205 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Sugar was found in a gas tank at 343 N. Henderson St.

* A pane of glass, window and screen were reported damaged at 930 Benton St. Charles Anthony Wiseman, 32, 627 S. Benton St. was issued a summons in connection with the report.

* A campaign sign and wire frame were reported damaged at 635 Perry St.

Miscellaneous

* A gray 1992 Honda Prelude was reported abandoned in the 1500 block of Good Hope Street.

* Money Time Pawn, Check Cashers Inc., reported a forged check at 1901 Independence St.

* A burglary was reported at 518 S. Ellis St.

* A white 1992 Pontiac Transport was reported abandoned in the 700 block of Normal Avenue.

* A green 1997 Hyundai was reported abandoned at 625 N. Lorimier St.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jason K. Parsons, 27, 1226 Greenway Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Dustin Wildhaber, 22, 136 W. Vale, Jackson, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant.

Property damage

* A report of property damage was made in the 700 block of Abbie Court.
