• At 6:22 p.m., a motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Lincoln Avenue.

Nov. 28:

• At 10:29 p.m., emergency medical service in the 28000 block of Highway 61.

Nov. 29:

• At 12:40 a.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Jetta Mae.

Tuesday:

• At 11:10 a.m., emergency medical service in the 2600 block of Main Street.
• At 10:59 p.m., emergency medical service in the 200 block of Main Street.

Wednesday:

• At 12:33 p.m., a carbon monoxide alarm sounding at 616 Ruth Ave.

Thursday:

• At 8:28 p.m., emergency medical service in the 2200 block of James Street.

Friday:

• At 1:09 a.m., a ditch fire on West Outer Road.
• At 8:43 a.m., emergency medical service in the 100 block of Harvard Drive.
