Target is the largest division and the fastest-growing arm of Minneapolis-based Dayton Hudson Corp., which reported $31 billion in revenues last year.

In addition to Pennsylvania, Target will open new stores Oct. 10 in Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New York, Georgia, Ohio, Arizona, California and Minnesota.

Target operates a store at Cape Girardeau.
