Phillips attends Woodmen leadership training in Ill.

Richard A. Phillips attended Modern Woodmen of America's Essentials of Leadership and Management Program in Rock Island, Ill. A managing partner in Cape Girardeau, Phillips completed the course that fulfills steps toward the company's Chartered Leadership Fellow and qualifies him for 30 professional achievement in continuing education credits.
