Bob Etherton of Cape Girardeau, an investment representative with Edward Jones, has volunteered to share his knowledge with the firm's investment representatives from Canada.

Fabio Mangiapane, newly hired investment representative from Jones' affiliate in Canada, will participate in a two-week program in the United States. He is doing branch observation.

"We've had a great deal of success with training in our region because of the quality of investment representatives in the area," Etherton said. "As new investment representatives join us, we take the extra time to make sure they have all the tools they need to be successful. We are proud to share that with our colleagues in Canada."
