SCOTT CITY -- Technology and Networking of Scott City recently unveiled its new and improved Web site.

"The content of our site has been expanded to provide detailed information on the customer relations solutions we provide," said Jason Eftink, co-owner and chief executive officer. "We've added more product descriptions and demos as well as outlined the strategies we use to provide timely and successful implementations."

The navigation tools have been updated to allow access to any page on the site in less than three links. A related links window has been added to provide suggested reading at a glance.

"And we've also added a services section to the site that outlines all services we offer including two brand new services," said Eftink.

One of the new services is the IT BattleChest, a service designed to reduce hourly expenses and combat unexpected IT expenses. The second service addition is called Asset tracking. This is a free, value-added service offered to customers who purchase specific products. It is built on the CRM/Helpdesk solutions Technology and Networking recommends.

Technology and Networking's main purpose for upgrading the Web site was to make the site customer friendly.

"When someone visits your site you want browsing to be simple. You want visitors to find what they need and learn all about what you have to offer. One important thing we did was to simplify the contact form. We've removed all of the required fields and shortened the form. We hope this will make it easier for our customers to talk to us and tell us what they need," said Eftink.

Customers will also be able to enter a secure section that will allow them to view their account and asset information. "This site was designed for these kind of usage tools, and many more customer-friendly enhancements will be available on the site in the future," said Eftink.

The home page now contains news and press releases as well as banners to jump to event descriptions and highlights. The site is at www.tanonline.com.
