What do you love about your work?

Helping people. Providing someone with vision is very gratifying, and I'm fortunate to work in a profession that people depend on. It's pretty surreal sometimes to sit back and think that without eye care, many people would not be able to function in their everyday lives.

What's your No. 1 goal at work?

Exceeding each patient's expectations. Whether the patient is in the office for a comprehensive evaluation or a quick follow up, we (at Leet EyeCare) take a lot of pride in making each visit a positive experience. When patients leave our facilities, we want no doubt in their minds that they have received the best eye care possible.

What motivates or inspires you?

Being the best that I can be. Although that may sound a little cliche, from a young age my parents instilled in me that no matter what career path I chose, hard work and striving to be the best would go a long way. I'm blessed to work in a practice with physicians and a staff who truly admire and respect their profession. Their passion is definitely contagious and motivation has become second nature.
