James Weaks of Union and Christine Weaks of Florissant have announced the engagement of their daughter, Kristie Jane Weaks, to Matthew Edward Cantrell. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Cantrell of Cape Girardeau. Weaks is attending Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield.
