Glastetter - Carpenter

Mark and Ruth Glastetter announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaitlin, to Christopher Carpenter. Both are 2011 high school graduates and professionals in nursing and mechanics. A Pigeon Forge wedding is set for Aug. 2.

Mark and Ruth Glastetter of Chaffee would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kaitlin Glastetter to Christopher Carpenter, both of Scott City. He is the son of Kristen Carpenter of Chaffee and grandson of Euel and Barbara Carpenter of Bloomfield.

Kaitlin is a 2011 graduate of Thomas W. Kelly High School. She received a bachelor of science in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University in 2014. She is a registered nurse at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau.

Christopher is a 2011 graduate of Bell City High School. He is a mechanic with Hulshof Farms in Benton.

A destination wedding is planned for Friday, Aug. 2, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
