Bill Prost named Rotarian of the Year
At its annual Officer and Board Member Installation Banquet, the Rotary Club of Cape Girardeau awarded Bill Prost the 2010 Rush H. Limbaugh Sr. Rotarian of the Year Award for outstanding service to the Rotary Club of Cape Girardeau. Prost is president of Five for Water Foundation Inc. and serves the Cape Girardeau Rotary Club as a board member and chairman of the Club Service Committee.
