LAURA SIMON ~ lsimon@semissourian.com Veteran Print Project founder Yvette M. Pino hangs a a print by Jourdan Oso titled "Clay" Thursday, November 1, 2012 at Cup 'N Cork in downtown Cape Girardeau. Oso met with United State Navy veteran Clay Worman to tell his story through the art. "The project is trying to open a dialogue between a veteran and a civilian to help the civilian understand the veteran experience and to prevent the veteran from isolating themselves from their community" Pino said. Each piece is an interpretation from an artist of the veteran's story they were paired with. Eighteen pieces will be on display for the "Dialogue" show at Cup 'N Cork.
