8th annual Empty Bowls Banquet
The 8th annual Empty Bowls banquet, Sunday, Nov. 3, at the Salvation Army, 701 Good Hope St, in Cape Girardeau. Attendees received a hand made bowl and a simple soup lunch, which included soup, bread, drink and desert, in exchange for $12. Proceeds from the event go towards the Salvation Army's meals with friends program.
