EPIC Pals, the Early Prevention Impacts Community dog-training program, holds a graduation Sunday, March 22, 2015 in Cape Girardeau.

The Early Prevention Impacts Community dog-training program is offered to at-risk youth to empower them with skills needed to communicate and manage emotions. Most of the dogs trained during the 8-week program are placed in volunteer foster homes.
