Emergency responders from Cape Girardeau, Jackson, and Stoddard County trained Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019, in deploying and deconstructing a new network of mobile medical tents at Arena Park in Cape Girardeau. The new emergency apparatus will allow first responders to create a sheltered medical facility in minutes.
