Elf Races 2019
The annual Elf Races, sponsored by River Radio, were held Sunday, Dec. 8, 2019, at West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau. Each racer received a $20 gift card to The Children's Place, and a $100 gift card was awarded to the winning racer.
