Social media personality Kris Rotonda of Clearwater, Florida visited the Southeast Missouri Humane Society to conduct a four hour Facebook Live program to raise money for the shelter. This is one of many stops in his 50-state tour in which he is visiting several animal shelters in each state to raise money through outlandish challenges broadcasted on Facebook Live. Rotonda’s efforts have recently been featured on the Hallmark Channel and The Dodo, a social media platform that spotlights animal-related stories and videos. Rotonda has his own charitable organization, Jordan's Way, that raises awareness and funds for animal shelters.
