Cape Comic Con 2021 was held Friday, Oct. 1, through Sunday, Oct. 3, at Drury Conference Center in Cape Girardeau. This year's convention featured professional comic book artists, publishers and over 100 booths of comics and merchandise across a variety of genres, and also included panels, workshops, gaming and a costume contest.
