Cape Girardeau Public Schools welcomes back staff
Cape Girardeau Public Schools staff gathered Friday for a welcome-back event in advance of the new school year. Superintendent Neil Glass — in accustomed theatrical flair — encouraged staff to find the "magic" that drew them to teaching and working in a school district.
