The 2nd annual The Tailor Institute "Diamond in the Rough" dinner was held in the Southeast Missouri State University River Campus atrium in Cape Girardeau on Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010. The dinner benefited The Tailor Institute, which provides high-functioning autistic people with tools that help them live and work as independently as possible.
