These scenes at Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Mo. and its Fredericktown Center will improve if voters approve a no-tax-increase $8 million bond issue on April 5. Passage of the bond issue would add new classrooms and science labs, improve support services for students and improve access to campus buildings, including its library.
