SEMO renovations
Southeast Missouri State University has been making renovations to Academic Hall, Harold O. Grauel Building, Houck Stadium, Houck Field House, Henderson Hall, Magill Hall and Memorial Hall.

Failing infrastructure will be completed with replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. "One-stop" student services will be the result of relocating several offices.
