Southeast Missouri State University has been making renovations to Academic Hall, Harold O. Grauel Building, Houck Stadium, Houck Field House, Henderson Hall, Magill Hall and Memorial Hall.

Academic Hall - Modern updates will be added to offices on the building bottom floor while historical elements will stay intact. Failing infrastructure will be completed with replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. "One-stop" student services will be the result of relocating several offices.

Memorial Hall's bottom floor is being completely renovated to house the information technology department and university server.

Magill Hall will receive a classroom addition and undergo a total renovation that will update mechanical systems, increase efficiency, remove hazardous materials and improve accessibility.
