From the Morgue: Mass appeal
Monsignor Joseph Huels was a fixture at St. Mary's Cathedral in Cape Girardeau from 1967 until his death in 1993. The Southeast Missourian published a feature on Huels in 1988 as he celebrated 53 years as a priest.
