G.D. Fronabarger likely shot this photograph of the personnel of the Cape Girardeau Fire Department in 1954. Betty Landre wrote: "The man in the white suit, standing between the four uniformed firefighters, is U.G. Pettigrew. He was the fire commissioner then."
