Jerry Knupp wrote: "(The) second person from the left is Paul Ranson, a 1960 graduate of Shawnee High School in Wolf Lake, Illinois who went on to play basketball for Southeast Missouri State College(now University) from 1961/1965. He set new scoring and rebound records for SEMO and should be in their hall of fame or record book."

To mark the centennial of Trinity Lutheran Church, a pageant with a cast of 300 will be presented in State College auditorium Sunday night. The opening scene will depict the signing of the constitution of the church by the original members 100 years ago. Those who will represent the original members are shown in the picture, attired in the dress prevailing at the time. From the left, they are: Martin Bender, Dr. H.A.
