Kaden Robert's family attorney confirmed Landon M. Urhahn, 18, of Benton, Missouri, was the Kelly High School student who was driving the truck when Kaden Robert was accidentally killed in June 2014.

Curt Poore said Urhahn brought the vehicle to school which contained the two guns, one of which accidentally discharged and hit 15-year-old Kaden Robert in the head, injuring him fatally.

Urhahn was arrested Thursday on suspicion of bringing a 9 mm pistol to school after he talked about the weapon during an argument, Scott County sheriff's deputies said in a news release last week.

Marijuana and drug paraphernalia also were found in Urhahn's vehicle, deputies reported. Urhahn is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

It also was Poore's understanding that Urhahn was one of the two students who was suspended after the Robert shooting.

Urhahn has reportedly been released on $2,500 cash bond and is scheduled for arraignment in Scott County Court on Dec. 16.
