Cape Girardeau Public Schools host its fourth annual Back to School Fair on Monday, Aug. 5, 2019, in the Tiger Field House at Terry W. Kitchen Central Junior High School. The free event provided families access to a number of resources provided by nonprofits and businesses across the area including free haircuts, immunizations, school supplies and food.
