Ruthie Tipton of Marble Hill will serve as the mistress of ceremonies at the Bollinger County Fall Festival Beauty Pageant on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 1:30 p.m.

There will be events for Toddler and Little Miss and Mister, ages 0-3 years and 4-7 years; Pre-Teen and Teen Miss, ages 8-12 years and 13-16 years; and Miss Bollinger County, ages 17-25 years.

Queens and Kings will win a trophy and crown or a crown and sash along with a $50 savings bond. Miss Photogenic in each division receives a crown and sash. Mr. Photogenic will receive a trophy.

The 1998 Miss Fall Festival Queen and Miss Bollinger County Queen will be eligible to represent the county and festival at the 1999 Missouri State Fair, ages 17-22.
