BRIDGE CLOSED AT CAIRO SITE
CAIRO, Ill. -- The Ohio River bridge here is closed. The bridge, which connects Illinois and Kentucky, was closed Thursday night due to water over U.S. Highway 51, between the bridge and Wickliffe, Ky.
