WHAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE FACING THE OAK RIDGE SCHOOL BOARD?:

The state budget cuts continue to make it challenging for all school districts to deliver quality education. Over the last couple of years the school district has been able to maintain its current staff level. My goal as a board member is to help Oak Ridge be the best school it can.

WHAT IN YOUR BACKGROUND OR EDUCATION MAKES YOU QUALIFIED FOR THIS OFFICE?:

I have been a member of the Oak Ridge community all of my life and graduated from Oak Ridge in 1986. I graduated from SEMO in 1991. My children are now students at Oak Ridge and my wife and I are involved in their activities with the school.
