-- Request to rezone 624 Commercial St. from M-1 light industrial to C-3 central business. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended a special-use permit for residential use instead of rezoning.

-- Request for special-use permit for a photography studio at 2700 Bloomfield Road in an R-1 single-family residential district.

-- Request to rezone the 300 block of North Park, the 1200 block of Normal Avenue and the 500 block of North West End Boulevard from R-4 multiple-family residential district to R-2 single-family residential district.

-- Request for a special-use permit for a parking lot and display home at 1988 and 1996 N. Sprigg St. in an R-2 single-family residential district.

-- Accept plan for the city's proposed water treatment system improvements for the city of Cape Girardeau.

-- Name the Cape Girardeau Convention and Visitors Bureau as the official Destination Marketing Organization for the city and authorize the director to execute a cooperative program eligibility form for the Missouri Division of Tourism.
