JONESBORO, Ill. -- A Cape Girardeau man was charged in Union County, Ill., Wednesday in connection to a series of residential burglaries on Lingle Creek and Old Cape Road in Jonesboro earlier this month. Marco A. Dominguez, 18, along with Joshua J. Kelley, 25, of East Cape Girardeau and Shane L. Shafer, 24, of Downing, Mo., was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of stolen firearms, three counts of residential burglary and two counts of theft. Dominguez is being held in the Cape Girardeau County Jail and Schafer is in custody in Adair County, Mo., both on a $150,000 bond and waiting to be extradited to Illinois. Kelley is being held in the Tri-County Jail in Ullin, Ill.
