The other burglary suspect, Dominique Maxwell, 17, 2819 Whitener St., Apt. C5, was apprehended shortly after a neighbor alerted the police about the break-in. Maxwell was taken into custody and charged with first-degree burglary, stealing, resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

The burglary occurred around 11 a.m., when police responded to the residence and found two men standing on the lawn with a plasma television and a duffel bag full of electronics. The two men fled, but Maxwell was quickly caught when police officers gave chase.
