Investigators reported that Jackson had sold more than 9 grams of crack cocaine worth $1,080 to undercover officers in April 2000, said prosecutor Paul Hahn.

Tony Sherill Smith, 25, received a sentence of more than five years in prison for three felony counts of selling crack cocaine. He had sold the drugs to undercover agents with the Drug Enforcement Agency on three occasions at Themis and Middle streets.

A 27-year-old man, Jeffrey M. Siemers, received a sentence of more than four years in prison as a previously convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Investigators had found a Norinco SKS rifle with 30 rounds of ammunition inside Siemers' residence during a search in January.
