Members of Mu Phi Epsilon must be a music major or minor, have an overall grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and have a 3.0 grade point average in music classes.

Requirements for membership in Pi Kappa Delta are participation in at least six rounds of individual events and eight rounds of debate in intercollegiate competition.
