Isle of Capri Kansas City, $8.17 million, up 24 percent from $6.58 million.
Ameristar Kansas City, $16.43 million, up 13 percent from $14.57 million.
Ameristar St. Charles, $13.07 million, up 31 percent from $10.01 million.
President Casino in St. Louis, $7.45 million, up 21 percent from $6.15 million.
St. Jo Frontier Casino in St. Joseph, $2.33 million, up 7 percent from $2.17 million.
Isle of Capri Boonville, $5.35 million (opened Dec. 6).
Mark Twain Casino in La Grange, $2.10 million (opened July 25).
